RETURNS / EXCHANGE
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchases so we have made our return/exchange system very simple. All items are thoroughly inspected before being dispatched to ensure a high level of quality in our garments and you'll need to cover the cost to send it back to us for a store credit or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and packaging & accessories attached.
Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.
All discounted sales are FINAL and are not eligible for a return or exchange (unless faulty).
Items must be received within 10 days and notification is to be made initially via social media or email with return tracking provided.
Goods returned deemed unworthy of a refund or exchange will be returned by us to you with no refund.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind reasons.
Items are despatched from 'Banjo & Belle' within 48 hours (unless noted otherwise) and we hold no responsibility in the unfortunate and rare event a package is not received. AU POST tracking is provided so follow up is our customers responsibility. We no hold no liability for unreceived items where a tracking has been issued by our headquarters.
