RETURNS / EXCHANGE

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchases so we have made our return/exchange system very simple. All items are thoroughly inspected before being dispatched to ensure a high level of quality in our garments and you'll need to cover the cost to send it back to us for a store credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached.

Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.

All discounted sales are FINAL and are not eligible for a return or exchange (unless faulty).  

Items must be received within 7 days and notification is to be made initially via social media or email.

Goods returned deemed unworthy of a refund or exchange will be returned by us to you.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind reasons.

POSTAGE

Once items are despatched 'Banjo & Belle' hold no responsibility in the unfortunate and rare event it is not received. AU POST tracking is provided so follow up is our customers responsibility. We no hold no liability for unreceived items where a tracking has been issued.
